What materials are used in Vikay Jewels?
We take pride in providing the best workmanship and quality to you. We use precious gemstones & natural diamonds, D-G color, VS quality .
Our designs are crafted in 14k | 18k white, rose, yellow gold, or 950 platinum. All our gemstones are also specially hand-selected to ensure quality and luster. Please email vikay@vikayjewels.com for further details.

How to order a custom-made piece?

What are the steps of a custom-made piece?
1 - The design consultation, which can be an online or in-person.
2 - We make a 3D model of your new jewelry, and send you renders (computer images of your new custom jewelry). This process typically takes about two to four weeks depending on the jewelry design.
3 -You review the render, and we'll make any changes needed for your approval.
4 - 3-D printing & casting of your new custom jewelry design.
5 - We assemble any parts of your jewelry, set diamonds or gemstones, polish and finish your unique jewelry piece.

Are Vikay Jewels diamonds certified?
​Most of our diamonds above 1.00 carat come with an international diamond grading report from GIA, one of the most respectable diamond labs in the world.

How long does it take to make a custom-made jewelry design?
It typically takes us four to eight weeks.
If you need it sooner than that, please let us know. We do our best to work with tight deadlines, like birthdays and anniversaries.

How long will it take to receive a Vikay Jewels design?
Each jewelry item has a different lead time,
most of the designs will ship within 2-4 weeks, depending on the jewelry item.
Once an item ships, it should arrive in 2-4 business days.

What is your repair Policy?

Quality and craftsmanship is of our outmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. We can only accept repairs for items purchased from Vikay Jewels.
We will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 6 months of purchase.
